N-甲基脯氨酸甲酯是一種有機化合物,化學式為C7H13NO2。它可由脯氨酸甲酯原甲酸三甲酯氫氣三氟乙酸及催化劑存在下反應製得。[1]它和氟硼酸反應,可以得到相應的氟硼酸鹽。[2]它和碘甲烷反應,可以得到N,N'-二甲基脯氨酸甲酯碘化物。[3]
