2-甲基十一烷是一种烷烃,化学式为C12H26。它可由壬基溴化锌和2-溴丙烷在双(1,5-环辛二烯)镍和双取代噁唑基吡啶的催化下反应制得;[2]1-(5-羟甲基-2-呋喃基)-5-甲基-1-己烯-3-酮在钯和三氟甲磺酸铕催化下氢化,也能得到2-甲基十一烷。[3]它存在于番石榴、沉香等植物的叶中。[4][5]
