3-類甲腺質,英文:3-Iodothyronamine(T1AM)是一種內源性類甲腺質。T1AM是痕量胺相關受體TAAR1(TAR1, TA1)的高親和力配體,而TAAR1是一種G蛋白偶聯受體。[1][2]T1AM是迄今為止發現的最有效的內源性TAAR1激動劑。[3]T1AM對TAAR1的激活導致產生大量cAMP。這種影響伴隨體溫和心輸出量的下降。[4]這種關係不是典型的內分泌系統關係,表明TAAR1活性可能不會與某些組織中的G蛋白發生偶聯,或T1AM可能與其他受體亞型相互作用。[3]
