參考文獻 formatting layout

What I understood with google translate, there seems to be some issue with 參考文獻 formatting layout and relevant help pages seems to be 文後參考文獻著錄規則 and 維基百科:列明來源 Am I correct ?

(Sorry for using English language, Meta stewards suggested to contact zh Wikipedia admins. Please help in posting this message to appropriate forum for administrator attention)

Please do see en:Talk:基塔卜 where a Transwiki article import by Special:導入頁面 i.e.zh:Special:Import, is requested.

Request to import en:基塔卜 to zh:基塔卜. While request has been addressed to Chinese Wikipedia Admins & Beurocrats since I do not know Chinese language myself and which help pages I should report on Chinese Wikipedia. Requesting help.

(Since page has been already manually copy pasted one solution is to import page with little different name (Like may be word 'Play' in bracket) then redirecting copy pasted article to newly imported article.)
