杜恩河(英语:River Doon苏格兰盖尔语Abhainn Dhùin发音:[avɪɲˈɣuːɲ]),苏格兰艾尔郡的一条河流,由杜恩湖英语Loch Doon开始从南向西北方向流动,流经达尔梅灵顿英语Dalmellington巴特那英语Patna, East Ayrshire[1]达林普尔英语Dalrymple, East Ayrshire阿洛韦英语Alloway等城镇,全长约40 mi(64 km),在艾尔附近流入克莱德湾[2]
