苯福林(英语:Phenylephrine,也称作4-去氧肾上腺素)是一种N-甲基苯乙胺衍生物,分子式C9H13NO2,可用作药物[2][3],主要治疗感冒鼻敏感所导致的鼻塞,高剂量的苯福林用来治疗低血压痔疮
