哈乃斐派

哈乃斐派حَنَفِي‎,罗马字:Ḥanafī)是伊斯兰教法学的一大法学派别,属于逊尼派[1]艾布·哈尼法所成立,最初流行于伊拉克库法一带。

阿拔斯王朝的支持下,哈乃斐派在伊拉克蓬勃发展,并向东扩展,到了9世纪,逐渐在呼罗珊河中地区巩固了自身的地位,并得到了当地萨曼尼德帝国统治者的支持。[2] 突厥语的传播将该教派引入了印度次大陆安纳托利亚,并被采纳为奥斯曼帝国的主要教法学派。[3]

教法的权威来源之重要性由高至低排列为:古兰经圣训公议伊智提哈德类比伊斯提哈桑、最后是当地习俗英语Urf。在审慎时限制引用圣训[4],比较重视类比和公议。中国穆斯林普遍遵循哈乃斐主张。
