TMC-310911
化合物
TMC-310911(也稱ASC-09)是一種最初被研究用於治療HIV/AIDS的抗病毒藥物。它是一種蛋白酶抑制劑,與達蘆那韋有關。[1][2]儘管TMC-310911在開發後,其最終用途不是用於治療愛滋病,但對於其它病毒性疾病的治療研究仍在進行。它在2020年3月進入了COVID-19治療的臨床試驗階段。[3][4]
