恩斯特·圖根哈特

恩斯特·圖根哈特（德語：Ernst Tugendhat；1930年3月8日—2023年3月11日），出生於捷克斯洛伐克，德國哲學家。

生平與職業生涯

圖根哈特出生於捷克斯洛伐克布爾諾的一個富裕的猶太家庭，他家的房子圖根哈特別墅是委託路德維希·密斯·凡德羅訂做的。1938年，圖根哈特全家移民到瑞士的聖加侖，並在1941年搬到委內瑞卡拉卡斯。

1944至1949年，圖根哈特在史丹福大學學習古典學，並在弗萊堡大學攻讀哲學和古典學碩士。1956年圖根哈特獲得哲學博士學位，論文主題相關亞里士多德。在1956-1958年間，圖根哈特在明斯特大學做博士後研究。從那時起直到1964年，他在圖賓根大學哲學系任助理教授。1966年，圖根哈特在安娜堡的密歇根大學進修，並在同年通過任教資格考試，主題是對埃德蒙德·胡塞爾和馬丁·海德格爾的真理概念的分析。

1966-1975年，圖根哈特在海德堡大學出任教授。在20世紀60年代和70年代，海德堡發展成為德國左翼六八學運的主要場所之一。由於學生運動，加上對在70年代德國大學的抗議，圖根哈特放棄了職位，並受哈貝馬斯的邀請，搬到了施塔恩伯格。在1980年，圖根哈特搬到了柏林，同他的朋友Michael Theunissen一樣在柏林自由大學任哲學教授。1988-1989年圖根哈特被邀請到牛津大學開辦「約翰·洛克講座」，但由於健康問題而不得不取消。

1992年，圖根哈特退休。之後圖根哈特出任智利天主教大學客座哲學教授（1992-1996）、維也納人文科學研究所研究員（1996）、布拉格查理大學客座教授（1997 - 1998）。
