薯仔餅(英語:Hash browns),簡稱薯餅,是一種將薯仔切塊、切絲、切條、切丁或切粒後油炸的薯仔食品。是北美早餐的常見食品,人們將其放在鐵板或網架上煎烤。[2]薯餅一般是作為漢堡的配餐,或在早餐時食用。一些美式快餐店麥當勞,在早餐時段會售賣薯餅。
