阿達馬瓦區
阿達馬瓦區（英語：Adamawa Region、法語：Région de l'Adamaoua）是喀麥隆的一個區，首府恩岡代雷，2008年以前稱阿達馬瓦省。阿達馬瓦區南接中部區和東部區，北接北部區，西南與西北區和西部區相鄰，西與尼日利亞接壤，東與中非共和國毗連。

阿達馬瓦區陸地面積約為64,000平方千米，是喀麥隆面積第三大的省份。該省地勢多山，人跡稀少，其山區分隔喀麥隆南部的森林和北部的草原。省內主要族群為富爾貝族，大部分人口從事牧牛業。
