蒙兀兒菜
蒙兀兒菜,是印度在蒙兀兒帝國時代發展出的烹調風格,是受中亞風格強烈影嚮的北印度菜。蒙兀兒菜主要流行於旁遮普邦和克什米爾。口味從極其溫和到辛辣不等,以串燒和抓飯為代表性食物。
