策旺·納姆加爾
策旺·納姆加爾（英語：Tsewang Namgyal，1961年4月27日—[1]），印度外交官，曾任印度駐古巴兼駐海地、多米尼加共和國大使，印度駐波蘭兼駐立陶宛大使等職務。

經歷
策旺·納姆加爾生於1961年4月27日。[1]納姆加爾畢業於德里大學，並獲得德里經濟學院的經濟學碩士學位。[2]
1992年進入印度外事服務部，選擇阿拉伯語作為學習外語。[1]1992年10月至1994年9月期間，在印度外交部總部接受正式培訓。[2]
他曾在印度外交部總部以及多個印度駐外使館工作。包括：印度駐埃及大使館三等秘書（1994年9月至1996年7月）；印度駐突尼西亞大使館二等秘書、一等秘書（1996年10月至2000年7月）；印度駐比利時大使館一等秘書（2000年7月至2003年6月）；以及印度駐菲律賓大使館參贊（2005年10月至2008年10月）。在外交部總部，他曾擔任巴基斯坦、伊朗和阿富汗司的阿富汗與伊朗事務副司長（2003年7月至2005年10月）。[2]他還曾擔任印度駐新加坡高級專員署副高級專員（2008年10月至2013年6月）和印度駐加拿大高級專員署副高級專員（2013年7月至2015年11月）。[2]
2015年8月28日，被任命爲印度駐古巴大使。[3]2015年11月至2018年3月，擔任印度駐古巴大使，[2]兼駐海地、[4][5]多米尼加共和國。[6]2018年1月24日，納姆加爾被任命爲下一任印度駐波蘭大使。[7]6月4日，被任命兼駐立陶宛。[8]2018年4月至2021年4月，擔任印度駐波蘭兼駐立陶宛大使。[9]
