斑頭綠擬啄木
斑頭綠擬啄木（中國大陸作棕頭綠擬啄木鳥，台灣作斑頭綠擬啄木）（學名：Psilopogon zeylanicus），是鴷形目須鴷科擬啄木屬的其中一種，於1788年由約翰·弗里德里希·格梅林描述，被IUCN列為無危物種[3]。該物種廣泛分佈於印度和斯里蘭卡。種名zeylanica意為斯里蘭卡的。

特徵
斑頭綠擬啄木體重約119克，翼長約108.8毫米，嘴峰長約32.7毫米，喙寬度約12.2毫米，喙厚度約14.5毫米，跗蹠長約28.5毫米，尾長約65毫米。斑頭綠擬啄木在其分佈區內為留鳥，其棲息在密集的高大樹木組成的森林中，食性為草食性，主要食物來源是水果。[4]
亞種
- P. z. inornatus：分佈於印度中西部和西南部（馬哈拉施特拉邦、果阿和卡納塔克邦）。
- P. z. caniceps：分佈於尼泊爾西南部和印度北部。
- P. z. zeylanicus：分佈於南印度（喀拉拉邦和南泰米爾南都）和斯里蘭卡。[5]
