拉烏·曼格拉普斯
拉烏·西維爾·曼格拉普斯（英語：Raul Sevilla Manglapus，1918年10月20日—1999年7月25日），是第二次世界大戰後菲律賓的傑出政治人物，曾擔任菲律賓參議員、外交部長。[1][2][3][4]
