吐魯番麻蜥（學名：Eremias roborowskii），一種分佈於中華人民共和國新疆吐魯番地區的爬行動物，隸屬於有鱗目蜥蜴科（正蜥科）麻蜥屬。

本種由俄羅斯學者雅科夫·弗拉基米羅維奇·貝德里亞加於1912年描述命名，原被視為快步麻蜥（Eremias velox）東方亞種，[1]2018年，有學者通過對快步麻蜥的譜系地理與亞洲內陸乾旱化的關係研究認為本種應為獨立種。[2]
2020年發佈的《中國兩棲、爬行動物更新名錄》將本種提升為新的獨立物種。[3]
