伯納德·勒林

伯納德·維克多·阿洛伊修斯·勒林（荷蘭語：Bernard Victor Aloysius (Bert) Röling，1906年12月26日—1985年3月16日），是荷蘭的法官，是遠東國際軍事法庭的審判法官之一。

生平

1906年，出生於荷蘭頓波敘。

1933年，畢業於烏特勒支大學，獲法學博士學位。

1941年，任密德爾堡法院法官。

1945年，任烏特勒支法院法官。

1946年，參與東京審判。在與來自其他十個國家的法官商議時，他反對法庭將日本戰犯判處死刑的裁決。他的意見得到了印度的法官同事拉達賓諾德·巴爾的認同。然而，據仲裁庭的規則，所有的判決和量刑均由過半數的主審法官決定。

1964年，在斯德哥爾摩創建國際和平研究所。

1976年，退休。

1985年，去世。
