Anthocyanone A是一種有機化合物,分子式C14H16O10,是錦葵素-3-O-葡萄糖苷在酸性條件下經拜耳-維利格反應被H2O2氧化降解的產物[1][2],存在於葡萄酒[3],形成於葡萄酒陳釀過程,引起葡萄酒色度下降。[1]
