2,4,5-三羥基安非他命(英語:2,4,5-Trihydroxyamphetamine,縮寫THM,也稱為α-甲基-6-羥基多巴胺,α-methyl-6-hydroxydopamine)是一種神經毒素和MDMA代謝產物,分子式C9H13NO3,由3,4-亞甲二氧基苯丙胺(MDA)開環羥基化生成,可降低色氨酸羥化酶[1]和酪氨酸羥化酶[2]的活性。
