班浩然（英語：Gautam Bambawale，馬拉提語：गौतम बंबवाले，印地語：गौतम बंबावले，1958年11月2日—[1]），音譯高塔姆·班巴瓦萊[2][3]，印度前外交官，現任印度出行平台Ola（英語：Ola Cabs）顧問、共生國際大學（英語：Symbiosis International University）特聘教授等職，曾任印度駐中華人民共和國大使、印度駐廣州總領事、印度駐不丹大使（英語：List of ambassadors of India to Bhutan）、印度駐巴基斯坦高級專員（英語：List of high commissioners of India to Pakistan）等職務。

班浩然精通漢語和德語，被認為是中國問題專家。[4][5][6]

經歷

班浩然出生於1958年11月2日，在印度西部城市浦那長大，就讀於主教學校、弗格森學院（英語：Fergusson College），[5]並在浦那戈卡萊政治經濟研究所（英語：Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics）獲得經濟學碩士學位。[7]

1984年，班浩然加入印度外事服務部，[6]選擇漢語作爲學習外語。[1]1985年至1991年間班浩然在印度駐華大使館、印度駐港領事館擔任外交官。[8]回到德里後，他首先在印度外交部處理中國事務，之後在美洲司擔任副司長，負責與美國和加拿大的關係（1993年至1994年）。1994年至1998年間，班浩然出任印度駐德國柏林文化中心主任，這是他在公共外交領域的首次任職。回到北京後，他擔任印度駐華大使館副館長。2001年3月，班浩然返回外交部總部，擔任印度外交祕書（英語：Foreign Secretary (India)）的幕僚，並在這一崗位上工作到2002年6月。隨後他加入印度總理辦公室，擔任國家安全事務、國防和國際政策事務副主任。2004年7月至2007年9月，他在印度駐華盛頓特區大使館擔任政治公使及政治組組長，參與了印美關係的轉型。[6]

2007年9月至2009年12月，班浩然擔任印度駐廣州首任總領事。[6][9]從廣州回到德里後，班浩然從2009年12月至2014年7月擔任印度外交部東亞司聯秘，負責與日本、中國和韓國等國家的關係。[6]2014年4月1日，被任命為印度駐不丹大使。[10][11]2014年8月至2015年12月，班浩然任第十六任印度駐不丹大使。[7][12]2014年8月5日，向不丹國王吉格梅·凱薩爾·納姆耶爾·旺楚克遞交國書。[13][14]2015年12月23日，被任命為下一任印度駐巴基斯坦高級專員（英語：List of high commissioners of India to Pakistan）。[15][16][17]2016年1月至2017年11月任印度駐巴基斯坦高級專員。[18]2016年2月9日，向巴基斯坦總統馬姆努恩·侯賽因遞交國書。[19]

2017年10月12日，班浩然被任命為下一任印度駐中華人民共和國大使。[20][21]他於11月19日抵達北京，11月21日向外交部禮賓司副司長范勇遞交國書副本。[22]12月5日，向國家主席習近平遞交國書。[23]2017年11月19日至2018年11月30日，班浩然出任印度駐中華人民共和國大使。[24]2018年底，班浩然離任[25]並退休。[26][27]2020年，印度出行平台Ola（英語：Ola Cabs）聘用班浩然為企業和國際事務高級顧問。[28]此外，他還是德里中國研究所客座研究員和共生國際大學（英語：Symbiosis International University）特聘教授。[29]

班浩然的父親赫曼特是一位家庭醫生，母親烏莎·班巴瓦萊是一位社會活動家。[5]
