《我要找工作》（英語：The Job，又譯《為理想工作而戰》[2]）是一部美國真人秀，2012年5月13日哥倫比亞廣播公司宣布正式預訂本節目並計劃於2013年初播出[3]。本節目將於2013年2月8日起在周五檔期播出[1]。
