资本主义和平

资本主义和平(英文: Capitalist Peace)又称资本主义和平论(英文: Capitalist Peace Theory)、商业和平(英文: Commercial Peace)和商业自由主义(英文: Commercial Liberalism)。该理论认为市场开放有助于建构国家之间更和平的关系,原因是发达的市场导向型经济体不太可能相互冲突[1]。与民主和平论制度主义的和平论证一起,商业和平构成了康德和平三脚架的一部分[2]。商业和平的重要机制围绕著资本主义、贸易相互依存和资本相互依存如何提高战争成本的相关观点,这些观点宣称商业自由主义游说团体会说服公众反对战争,使领导人更难发动战争,并且减少征战所带来的经济利益[3]

学术界一直在争论商业和平论的证据和理据的有效性,以及该理论背后的机制[4][5][6]。根据 埃里克·加茨克(Erik Gartzke)和张佳坤(Jiakun Jack Zhang)所提出的说法,关于经济相互依存与冲突之间关系的证据尚无定论[7]
