吴义仁
吴义仁（英语：Ren Ng，1979年9月21日—）是一名马来西亚裔美国科学家，现任加利福尼亚大学柏克莱分校电子工程与电脑科学系副教授。他是加州山景城创业公司Lytro的创办人、执行董事长兼执行长[1][2]。Lytro是根据吴义仁在史丹佛大学的研究生研究成果开发的消费级光场相机[3]。Lytro于2018年3月底停止营运[4][5]。

生平
吴义仁出生于马来西亚，9岁时移民到澳大利亚[6]。他于2001年获得史丹佛大学数学与计算科学学士学位，2002年获得计算机科学硕士学位，2006年获得计算机科学博士学位[7]。他的博士论文《数位光场摄影》（Digital Light Field Photography）[8]获得2006年ACM博士论文奖[9]。
商业生涯
吴义仁曾于2000年6月至2000年9月和2003年6月至2003年9月在史丹佛大学学习期间在微软实习[10]。2006年毕业后，吴义仁创立Lytro公司，并担任执行长长达六年多。2012年6月29日，吴义仁宣布他将辞去执行长一职，以便将更多时间用于公司的愿景，减少对公司日常营运的投入。吴义仁也将担任执行董事长，并继续全职在Lytro工作。时任执行董事长的查尔斯·凯担任临时执行长，直到2013年3月，经过长时间的外部物色，吴义仁选择了前宁首席执行官杰森·罗森塔尔（Jason Rosenthal）担任Lytro的新任执行长[11][12]。
学术生涯
2013年，吴义仁荣获英国皇家摄影学会颁发的塞尔温奖，该奖项授予35岁以下成功开展与成像相关的科学研究的人[13]。
2015年7月，吴义仁成为加利福尼亚大学柏克莱分校工程学院电子工程与计算机科学系助理教授。
