《1857年遗嘱认证法院法令》（英语：Court of Probate Act 1857；20 & 21 Vict. c. 77）是英国国会的一项法令，旨在将授予遗嘱认证及遗产管理书的责任由英格兰及威尔士的宗教法庭转移至一个新的遗嘱认证法院（英语：Court of Probate）。该法令在伦敦萨默塞特府^[3]设立了一个遗嘱认证注册总署，亦设立了一些地方遗嘱认证注册处。

Due to the repeal of those provisions it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
