弗兰克·海尼曼·奈特(英语:Frank Hyneman Knight,1885年11月7日—1972年4月15日),生于美国伊利诺伊州麦克莱恩县,经济学家,曾提出奈特氏不确定性。芝加哥大学教授,为芝加哥学派的先驱与建立者之一。

生平
他在康乃尔大学取得经济学博士学位。由博士论文,他发展出他的成名作《风险、不确定性与利润》(Risk, Uncertainty, and Profit)。
取得学位后,他长期在芝加哥大学经济系任教,被认为是芝加哥经济学派的壂基者之一。其学生中,包括米尔顿·佛利民、乔治·斯蒂格勒、詹姆斯·麦基尔·布坎南等人皆是诺贝尔奖得主。罗纳德·科斯虽然不是他的学生,但曾说过他的思想受到弗兰克·奈特作品的影响很大。
1950年,担任美国经济学会主席。
