二肽基肽酶-4(dipeptidyl peptidase-4,DPP-4)又称T细胞表面抗原CD26,是一种跨膜丝氨酸多肽酶,分布广泛,作用多向[1]。可作为二肽酶水解多肽,从而调节肽类激素、神经肽、细胞因子和生长因子的活性,另可作为表面抗原与其他分子或蛋白共同合作,介导细胞与基质、细胞与细胞之间的相互作用。在免疫激活、炎症反应和肿瘤发生中起到各种调节作用[2]。
