国家政策委员会
国家政策委员会（英语：Council for National Policy，CNP）是美国保守派和共和党激进分子的总括性组织和网络组织。它由蒂姆·拉哈耶和其他右翼保守派基督教徒于1981年里根政府时期发起，目的是“为保守派鼓吹带来更多的关注和力量”[1][2][3]它被《纽约时报》称为“一个鲜为人知的俱乐部，由全国几百名最强大的保守派成员组成，“他们每年在秘密地点举行三次秘密会议。[4]在美国称之为一个秘密组织，该组织“与富有的右翼捐赠者和保守党高层合作，共同规划长期运动战略”。[5]该组织被称为“冥王星神权政体”。[6]
