史蒂芬·阿若优（Stephen Arroyo，1946年10月6日—），是一位美国作家及占星学家。生于密苏里州堪萨斯市。

经历
1968 年阿若优毕业于加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校。1972年获得加州州立大学萨克拉门托分校心理学博士，并取得婚姻、家族及儿童咨商师的执照。
阿若优写了数本关于心理学取向占星术的书[1]。他的作品在心理和能量方面重塑了占星学的概念，现已翻译成超过25种语言。
阿若优曾在北美、墨西哥及欧洲国家的活动中担任演讲嘉宾，并在美国四所大学教授占星学。
