單加氧酶(英語:Monooxygenase)又稱單氧化酶、混合功能氧化酶(mixed functional oxidase),在多種代謝途徑中催化一分子氧(O2)中的一個氧原子與底物結合,形成一個羥基(發生羥化)的產物;另一個氧原子被還原形成一分子水,並同時伴隨着NADH或NADPH的氧化[2][3]。
