甘露糖受體

甘露糖受體(英語:Mannose receptor)是一類C-型凝集素,主要在巨噬細胞、未成熟樹突狀細胞和肝竇內皮細胞表面表達[1],在角質形成細胞真皮成纖維細胞英語Dermal fibroblast皮膚細胞上也有表達[2]人類基因組中共有2個甘露糖受體基因:CD206(甘露糖受體1型,MRC1)和CD280(甘露糖受體2型,MRC2)。此外,甘露糖受體家族還包括CD205PLA2R1[3]以及CD302[4]
