MALAT-1 (英语:metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 的缩写,也称为NEAT2 ,noncoding nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 2 )是一个长链非编码RNA 基因 ,表达于细胞核 ,在哺乳动物 中高度保守[ 3] 。MALAT-1参与调控细胞核的组织、mRNA的选择性剪接 、DNA的表观遗传 修饰等细胞中的多种反应,可控制参与肿瘤远端转移 的基因表现[ 4] 。此RNA表现异常与糖尿病 与癌症 等多种疾病有关[ 5] [ 6] ,其高表现和多种癌症较差的存活率呈正相关[ 7] [ 8] 。
