巴利庫查(Balikucha),又名balicucha或balikutsa ,是菲律賓的一種拉糖。使用甘蔗汁或結晶糖(通常用Muscovado糖或棕櫚糖)製作,將原料加熱至焦糖色的糖漿,然後用手指反覆揉搓拉伸使糖漿變成乳白色,接著將條狀糖果切段,把切段糖果的末端捲曲,使其形成類似蝴蝶酥的造型。需要將糖果放在陽光下曬乾才能出售。[1]

這種糖小孩子很愛吃。糖果質地堅硬多孔,入口即化。因為其容易融化的特性所以經常被用來放入咖啡、 tsokolate、茶等熱飲中增加甜味。而且還可以再次融化成糖漿,用於甜點(如炸糯米糰)。[2][3][4]
Balikucha糖和他加祿人的tira-tira糖(有時也叫balikucha ),西米沙鄢的butong-butong糖類似,但不同的是tira-tira糖是小棒狀,而butong-butong糖是線圈狀[5][6][7][8]。米沙鄢群島和棉蘭老島的一種椰子太妃糖被叫做Balikutsa,Balikutsa用糖漿和椰漿製成、[9][10]
