Note:
Austria: The federal states Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland have a general legal purchase age of 16 years. (While the rest of the states differentiate between fermented drinks (beer, wine and cider with a legal purchase age of 16) and distilled spirits (with a legal purchase age of 18).
Switzerland: The canton Ticino has a general minimum purchasge age of 18 years, while the rest of Switzerland has a purchase age of 16 for beer, and wine and 18 for destilled spirits.
Bei Kombinationen aus 2 Farben treffen beide Beschränkungen zu, jedoch variieren sie je nach Ort des Verkaufs oder der Höhe des Alkoholgehalts.
Besonderheiten:
Österreich: Die Bundesländer Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland gestatten den Alkoholverkauf ab 16 Jahren (auch Spirituosen).
Schweiz: Der Kanton Tessin verbietet als einziger Kanton der Schweiz den Alkoholverkauf an Minderjährige.
