土耳其共和國國家勳章（土耳其語：Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Nişanı）是土耳其共和國授予外國人的最高級勳章榮譽，由土耳其總統負責授予。

歷史
「土耳其國家勳章和榮譽條例」於1988年8月7日生效，在國家官方公報上公布。其中國家勳章由土耳其總統根據內閣部長會議的決定，向外國國家元首和皇室授予，以表彰他們積極發展與土耳其之間友好關系所作出的貢獻[1]。
勳章的樣式在2013年進行了變更[2]。其中的一個重要變化是將星章中央的圖案由阿塔圖爾克的頭像改為土耳其國旗中的新月和五角星圖案。
