Help on article

Hello! My english is better than my mandarin so I figured I would ask in english so I can understand the response better. I translated an article from english (I wrote the original english as well) and it got rejected once because I miswrote a few things. Two first-language mandarin speakers have since helped me edit and proofread the article but I got the same notice when I submitted it. Would you please be able to explain to me what the issue is?
