俱乐部生涯
福苏-门萨为加纳裔，出生于阿姆斯特丹。他在荷兰豪门阿贾克斯开始其足球生涯，并于2014年转投英超球队曼联。门萨为曼联青年队效力时尝试过许多位置，包括中后卫，右边后卫和中场。2016年2月28日曼联主场3-2击败阿森纳的英超联赛的第55分钟，他替换下盧祖，完成职业队首秀。[3]
2016年10月19日，他与曼联签署了一份新合同，续约至2020年，并可选择延长一年。[4]
国家队生涯
福苏-门萨已代表荷兰U15，U16，U17，U19，U21等年龄段的青年队出战。由于其在曼联的出色表现，福苏-门萨获得了成年队的第一次征召，出战对爱尔兰, 波兰以及奥地利的友谊赛。由于其父母的原因，他同时具有代表加纳出战的资格。
